As of January 1, 2003, Erotic Media will no longer accept ANY returns without a Return Authorization number. If you need to return a DVD, please contact us.

Defectives may be returned for exchange. Your return must be accompanied with your provided packing slip containing the RA number on it, which was faxed to you upon RA approval. Please place RA number on each box returned otherwise it will be refused. Return authorizations will not be issued for any product that was shipped more than six months prior to the request for a credit or exchange.

Erotic Media will not be responsible for goods sent to us that are not manufactured by us. However, we will do our best to return them back to you, in the event of an unauthorized good showing up in your return.

Defectives will be replaced by the same title. We WILL NOT accept tapes or DVD’s that are used with Video Rental stickers, Silver Tampered Labels, etc. Defective must be in good shape in its original box. If tapes are received as defectives and found to be in good working order, they will be rejected and sent back to their point of origin. All goods that do not meet these standards will be returned to you.

From time to time, we understand it may be necessary to return goods as overstock. Overstock returns will be limited to 5% of your gross yearly purchase.
